§ 23-19.2-3 Violation of regulations.– Any person violating any of the regulations or orders made by any city or towncouncil under the provisions of § 23-19.2-2 shall be fined not to exceedone hundred dollars ($100), or be imprisoned for a term not to exceed thirty(30) days, to be enforced on complaint and warrant in the district court.
