SECTION 23-19.5-6

   § 23-19.5-6  Waiver. – All of the requirements of this chapter may be expressly waived in writing byall parties to a conveyance, provided the written waiver is executed by allparties to the sale and the waiver is filed with the department ofenvironmental management prior to the transfer of the property.
