SECTION 23-19.6-8

§ 23-19.6-8 Sale of recycled oil products.– A person may represent any product made in whole or in part from used oil to besubstantially equivalent to a product made from new oil for a particular enduse, if substantial equivalency has been determined in accordance with rulesprescribed by the federal trade commission under the federal Energy Policy andConservation Act, 42 U.S.C. § 6201 et seq., or if the product conformsfully with the specifications applicable to that product made from new oil.
