SECTION 23-19.8-6

   § 23-19.8-6  Gross negligence and recklessmisconduct. – Nothing in § 23-19.8-3 shall be construed to limit or otherwise affect theliability of any person for damages resulting from the person's grossnegligence or from the person's reckless, wanton, or intentional misconduct.
