SECTION 23-22.5-13

   § 23-22.5-13  Lifeguards – Sunprotection. – Any facility subject to the provisions of this chapter which employs alifeguard shall maintain and provide an area which is not exposed to sunlightand shall provide sunscreen or other physical protection to insure againstoverexposure to the sun.
