§ 23-22.5-3 Obstruction of entrance topremises. – No person shall interfere with or obstruct the entrance of the director ofenvironmental management or his or her designated representative to anystructure or any premise in the discharge of his or her official duties inconnection with the enforcement of this chapter or the regulations and ordersadopted in accordance with this chapter.
