SECTION 23-22.5-4

   § 23-22.5-4  Penalty for violations. –Any person who violates any rule, regulation, or order of the department ofenvironmental management relating to drowning prevention, lifesaving, first aidand safety personnel and equipment at any camp, camp ground, bathhouse, bathingresort, beachside hotel or boarding house, beachside parking area, swimmingpool, other beach and swimming area, surfing areas, amusement park, and skiingarea serving the general public by fee, membership, or invitation shall beguilty of a misdemeanor and for each offense shall be punished by a fine of notmore than five hundred dollars ($500).
