SECTION 23-22-10

   § 23-22-10  Duplicate license –Displaying license after suspension or revocation. – Whenever a license while still effective may become defaced or destroyed, thedepartment of health shall, upon application, issue a duplicate license uponpayment of a fee of two dollars ($2.00) to the department. It shall be unlawfulfor any person to display or to keep displayed any license after the person hasreceived notice of the suspension or revocation of the license.
