§ 23-22-15 Condominium pools – Lifeguards. – Notwithstanding any general or public law to the contrary, condominium projectswith forty-five (45) units or less are not required to have a life guard onduty at any swimming pool located on the premises. Provided, that where thereis no life guard required to be on the premises, no minor shall be permittedaccess to any swimming pool on the premises unless accompanied by a parent orother responsible adult.
