SECTION 23-22-9

   § 23-22-9  Judicial review of licenseaction. – Any person aggrieved by a decision of the department of health refusing togrant an application for a license to maintain a swimming pool, or suspendingor revoking a license already issued may, within thirty (30) days, exclusive ofSundays and holidays, after receiving notice of the decision, appeal thedecision to the superior court for the counties of Providence and Bristol, byfiling in the court his or her reasons of appeal, and the court shall, as soonas possible after notice to the department as the court may prescribe, hear anddetermine the appeal, following the course of equity.
