SECTION 23-23.1-7

   § 23-23.1-7  Amendment of orders. –Any gubernatorial order may be amended or modified by further gubernatorialorders. That order or orders shall not require any judicial or other order orconfirmation of any type in order to become immediately effective as the legalobligation of all persons, firms, corporations, and other entities within thestate. The order shall remain in effect for the duration of time set forth init, and if no time limit is specified in the order, it shall remain in effectuntil the governor declares by further proclamation that the emergency hasterminated.
