§ 23-23.6-7 Compliance procedure. –Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the inspection, enforcement, andpenalties for violations of the provisions of this chapter, or regulationspromulgated pursuant to the authority conferred by this chapter, shall be inaccordance with the provisions and procedures set forth in §§ 23-1-19– 23-1-25.
