SECTION 23-23-23

   § 23-23-23  Temporary pay reductionsprohibited. – No owner or operator of any source which uses a supplemental or intermittentair pollution control system or device for the purpose of meeting therequirements of an order entered by the director pursuant to § 23-23-8 or23-23-15 of this chapter, shall, temporarily, reduce the pay of any employee byreason of the use of that supplemental or intermittent or other dispersiondependent air pollution control system or device.
