§ 23-24.4-7 Penalties. – Any employer who willfully, knowingly, and intentionally violates therequirements of this chapter shall be subject to a fine imposed by thedepartment of labor and training of not more than one hundred dollars ($100)for every day the violation exists. The department may impose those fines andenforce the collection thereof by means of civil action against the employerand the responsible officers or agents of the employer.
