SECTION 23-24.5-24

   § 23-24.5-24  Exemptions. – Notwithstanding any other law, any and all certification fees charged and costsincurred pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall not be subject toreimbursement to any municipality by operation of any mandate of this chapter.
