SECTION 23-24-13

   § 23-24-13  Publicity. – (a) The consumer protection unit of the department of attorney general maycause to be published from time to time reports summarizing any judgments,decrees, or court orders which have been rendered under this chapter, includingthe nature of the charge and the its disposition.

   (b) The consumer protection unit may also cause to bedisseminated information regarding hazardous substances in situationsinvolving, in the opinion of the consumer protection unit, imminent danger tohealth. Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit the consumerprotection unit from collecting, reporting, and illustrating the results of itsinvestigations.
