SECTION 23-24-8

   § 23-24-8  Injunctive relief. – (a) The superior court shall have jurisdiction, for cause shown and subject tothe provisions of rule 65(a) and (b) of the Superior Court Rules of CivilProcedure, to restrain violations of this chapter.

   (b) In any proceeding for criminal contempt for violation ofan injunction or restraining order issued under this section, which violationalso constitutes a violation of this chapter, trial shall be by the court or,upon demand of the accused, by a jury. The trial shall be conducted inaccordance with the practice and procedure applicable in the case ofproceedings subject to the provisions of rule 42(b) of the Superior Court Rulesof Criminal Procedure.
