SECTION 23-25-6.1

   § 23-25-6.1  Registration fee –Surcharge. – In addition to the annual registration fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) asrequired by § 23-25-6, an additional one hundred fifty dollar ($150)registration surcharge fee shall be imposed upon each pesticide to be sold orused within the state. The registration surcharge fee shall be deposited asgeneral revenues.
