SECTION 23-27.3-113.9

   § 23-27.3-113.9  Time limitation onapplication. – An application for a permit for any proposed work shall be deemed to have beenabandoned six months after the date of filing, unless the application has beendiligently prosecuted or a permit shall have been issued; except that forreasonable cause, the building official may grant one or more extensions foradditional periods of time not exceeding ninety (90) days each.
