SECTION 23-27.3-125.6

   § 23-27.3-125.6  Costs of emergencyrepairs. – Costs incurred in the performance of emergency work shall be paid from themunicipal treasury on certificate of the building official; and the legalauthority of the municipality shall institute appropriate action against theowner of the unsafe building or structure was located for the recovery of thecosts.
