§ 23-28.20-7 Application and hearings onpermits. – (a) Application for permits under this chapter shall be made pursuant toregulations adopted by the state fire marshal and those regulations may fromtime to time be amended by the marshal.
(b) The fire marshal shall have the authority to conducthearings or proceedings concerning the suspension, revocation, or refusal ofthe issuance or renewal of permit.
