§ 23-28.3-10 Other fire safety lawsunimpaired. – Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to repeal or limit or restrict inany way any present state law, statute, regulation, or order governing thereasonable minimum requirements for fire safety in new and existing buildingsand facilities, except where the state law, statute, regulation, or order isinconsistent with the provisions of this chapter.
