SECTION 23-28.6-20

   § 23-28.6-20  Concerts and musicalentertainment – Reserved seating required. – Admissions to all indoor places of assembly seating over two thousand (2000)persons wherein musical concerts are to be performed shall be by reservedseating only. No proprietor of any place of assembly, and no managers or otherperson or persons in charge thereof shall sell or cause to be sold non-reservedseating for the performance. Any person violating the provisions of thissection shall be fined not exceeding five thousand dollars ($5,000) for eachoffense.
