§ 23-34.1-15 Penalty. – (a) Any violation of the provision of this chapter shall result in a revocationof the permit or certificate to operate, or both until all violations areabated.
(b) Any person who willfully violates the provision of thischapter, or any order or regulation made pursuant to the provisions thereofshall be fined not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000) or imprisoned notmore than one (1) year or both.
