§ 23-34.1-16 Exemption – Bazaars,fairs and circuses. – (a) Bazaars, fairs, and circuses shall not be inspected under these regulationsunless, and only to the extent that such bazaars, fairs and circuses haveamusement rides or devices associated with them.
