SECTION 23-4.7-8

§ 23-4.7-8 Severability. – If any section or provision of this chapter or the application of any sectionor provision is held invalid, that invalidity shall not affect other sections,provisions, or applications, and to this end the sections and provisions ofthis chapter are declared severable.
