SECTION 23-6-1

   § 23-6-1  Common drinking cups and towels.– (a) In order to prevent the spread of communicable diseases, the statedepartment of health is authorized to prohibit, in any public places, vehicles,or buildings that it may designate, the use of a common drinking cup and acommon towel, and the director may establish rules and regulations for thispurpose.

   (b) Whoever violates the provisions of this section, or anyrule or regulation of the state department of health made under authority ofthe provisions of this section, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and maybe fined not more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each offense.
