SECTION 23-65-8

   § 23-65-8  Applications. – (a) Application for certification shall be made on forms supplied by the board.

   (b) The board shall review applications and supportingdocuments, determine the eligibility of the applicant for examination andnotify the applicant of the same.

   (c) The fee will not be returned upon failure to pass theexamination.
