SECTION 23-68-6

§ 23-68-6 Registration of facilities.– (a) A tanning facility shall register annually with the department of health onforms provided by the department and shall pay to the department an annualregistration fee established by the director for a license.

(b) The director of the department of health shall establisha registration fee schedule, by regulation, to cover the costs of implementingthe provisions of this chapter, including the costs incurred by the directorpursuant to the provisions of § 23-68-5.
