SECTION 23-70-3

§ 23-70-3 Task force. – (a) In developing the program created by § 23-69-2, the director of thedepartment of health may appoint a task force to make recommendations onstrategies for educating the public on the health benefits of early detectionand prevention of osteoporosis.

(b) Members of the task force are not entitled tocompensation, a per diem, or expense reimbursement for their service on thetask force.
