SECTION 24-10.1-9

   § 24-10.1-9  Interpretation. – (a) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to abrogate or affect theprovisions of any lawful ordinance, regulation or resolution, which are morerestrictive than the provisions of this chapter.

   (b) Nothing in this chapter shall be interpreted in any wayto show a preference for commercial copy over any other lawful noncommercialmessage.
