§ 24-10-19 Advertising motor vehicles forsale on state highways. – Any person who parks a motor vehicle in a designated parking area provided bythe state for a period in excess of twelve (12) hours, for the purpose ofadvertising the vehicle for sale shall be punished by a fine of not more thanone hundred dollars ($100).
