SECTION 24-12-36

   § 24-12-36  Annual report and audit. –Within the first ninety (90) days of each fiscal year of the authority, theauthority shall make an annual report to the governor of its activities for thepreceding fiscal year. Each report shall set forth a complete operating andfinancial statement covering its operations during the year. The state directorof administration shall cause an annual audit of the books, records, andaccounts of the authority to be made and the costs thereof shall be treated asa part of the cost of operation.
