SECTION 24-14-11

§ 24-14-11 Agreements with the UnitedStates authorized. – The director of transportation is hereby authorized to enter into agreementswith the United States secretary of commerce as provided by title 23, UnitedStates Code, relating to the control of junkyards in areas adjacent to theinterstate and primary systems, and to take action in the name of the state tocomply with the terms of the agreement.
