SECTION 24-5-17

   § 24-5-17  Complaint and alteration ofwatercourse. – Any person who may consider himself or herself aggrieved by a watercourse maycomplain to the town council; and the council on receiving his or her complaintand examining into the circumstances of the complaint, shall, if they thinkreasonable, direct the surveyor to alter the watercourse in such manner as theyshall think proper.
