SECTION 24-8.1-3.1

   § 24-8.1-3.1  "As built" plans required.– Each utility shall submit to the department of transportation a complete set of"as-built" plans, within sixty (60) days of the installation of new utilityfacilities, or within sixty (60) days of the relocation of existing utilityfacilities that affect state roads.
