SECTION 25-2-37

   § 25-2-37  American Indian Heritage Day.– The twenty-fourth day of September shall annually be set apart as a day to beknown as "American Indian Heritage Day." The day is to be observed by thepeople of this state with appropriate exercises in public places andcommemorative of the American Indians.
