§ 27-10.1-3 Independent status required.– All persons, partnerships, corporations, or individuals engaged in the motorvehicle physical damage appraisal business shall operate separate and apartfrom any body repair shop, or motor vehicle repair shop, of any new or usedautomobile dealership. Those engaged in this business shall retain a permanentestablished address affording themselves to the general public during normalbusiness hours.
