§ 27-10.1-7 Violations – Penalties.– Any person licensed under this chapter who violates the provisions of §27-10.1-6, 27-10.1-8 or 27-10.1-8.1 or any rules and regulations promulgated bythe department of business regulation shall be subject to the followingsanctions which may be imposed by the director:
(1) Revocation or suspension of his or her license;
(2) Probation for a specified period of time; or
(3) Fines up to five hundred dollars ($500).
