SECTION 27-10-10

   § 27-10-10  Orders for discontinuance ofunlawful practices. – If, after a hearing, the commissioner finds that the furnishing of anyinformation or assistance to a claims adjuster involves any act or practicewhich is unfair or unreasonable or inconsistent with the provisions of thischapter, the commissioner may issue a written order specifying in what respectsthat act or practice is unfair or unreasonable or inconsistent with theprovisions of this chapter, and requiring the discontinuance of that act orpractice.
