§ 27-12.1-5 Revocation of certificate ofauthority. – The commissioner may suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew the certificate ofauthority of any insurer failing to file its annual or quarterly statement whendue or within any extension of time which the commissioner, for good cause, mayhave granted. The commissioner may exempt diskette filings from domesticinsurers that operate only in Rhode Island.
