SECTION 27-14.3-15

   § 27-14.3-15  Confidentiality of hearings.– In all proceedings and judicial reviews under § 27-14.3-10, all records ofthe insurer, other documents, and all insurance department files and courtrecords and papers, so far as they pertain to or are a part of the record ofthe proceedings, shall be and remain confidential except as is necessary toobtain compliance with the proceedings, unless and until the superior court forthe county of Providence, after hearing arguments from the parties in chambers,shall order otherwise or unless the insurer requests that the matter be madepublic. Until that court order, all papers filed with the clerk of the superiorcourt for the county of Providence shall be held by him or her in aconfidential file.
