§ 27-14.3-51 Reopening liquidation. –After the liquidation proceeding has been terminated and the liquidatordischarged, the commissioner or other interested party may at any time petitionthe superior court for the county of Providence to reopen the proceedings forgood cause, including the discovery of additional assets. If the court issatisfied that there is justification for reopening, it shall order this.
