§ 27-14.3-53 External audit of receiver'sbooks. – The superior court for the county of Providence may, as it deems desirable,cause audits to be made of the books of the commissioner relating to anyreceivership established under this chapter, and a report of each audit shallbe filed with the commissioner and with the court. The books, records, andother documents of the receivership shall be made available to the auditor atany time without notice. The expense of each audit shall be considered a costof administration of the receivership.
