SECTION 27-14.4-17

   § 27-14.4-17  Suit in this state bydomiciliary receiver of foreign insurer. – The domiciliary receiver of an insurer domiciled in a reciprocal state may suein this state to recover any assets of that insurer to which the receiver maybe entitled under the laws of this state.
