SECTION 27-18.2-10

   § 27-18.2-10  Enforcement and penalties.– Whenever the director has cause to believe that a violation of this chapter orthe regulations promulgated pursuant to this chapter has occurred, the directormay, in accordance with the requirements of the Administrative Procedures Act,chapter 35 of title 42, revoke or suspend a license, levy an administrativepenalty in an amount not less than five hundred dollars ($500) nor more thanfifty thousand dollars ($50,000), order the violator to cease marketing anyMedicare supplement policy or certificate in the state, require the violator totake any actions necessary to comply with the provisions of law, or anycombination of these.
