§ 27-18-20 Penalties for violations.– Any person, partnership, or corporation willfully violating any provision ofthis chapter or order of the commissioner made in accordance with this chaptershall forfeit to the people of the state a sum not to exceed one hundreddollars ($100) for each violation, which may be recovered by a civil action.The commissioner may also suspend or revoke the license of an insurer orinsurance producer for any of these willful violations.
