§ 27-18-5 Inapplicable or inconsistentprovisions. – If any provision of §§ 27-18-3 – 27-18-10 is in whole or in partinapplicable to or inconsistent with the coverage provided by a particular formof policy, the insurer, with the approval of the commissioner, shall omit fromthat policy any inapplicable provision or part of a provision, and shall modifyany inconsistent provision or part of the provision in a manner as to make theprovision as contained in the policy consistent with the coverage provided bythe policy.
