SECTION 27-18-6

   § 27-18-6  Sequence of provisions. –The provisions which are the subject of §§ 27-18-3 and 27-18-4, orany corresponding provisions used in lieu of them in accordance with thosesections, shall be printed in the consecutive order of the provisions in thesection or, at the option of the insurer, the provision may appear as a unit inany part of the policy, with other provisions to which it may be logicallyrelated, provided the resulting policy shall not be in whole or in partunintelligible, uncertain, ambiguous, abstruse, or likely to mislead a personto whom the policy is offered, delivered, or issued.
