SECTION 27-19.2-7

   § 27-19.2-7  Compensation of board members.– (a) Pending appointment and confirmation of the health insurance commissioner,no compensation shall be paid to the board members by a nonprofit hospital ormedical services corporation, excluding reimbursement for ordinary andnecessary expenses. After such confirmation, the board must file applicationwith the health insurance commissioner for approval of any proposed boardcompensation. Childcare, parking, transportation and other reasonable expensesfor board members attending meetings shall be compensable.

   (b) On or before March 1, 2005, and annually thereafter, acorporation subject to this paragraph shall report to the health insurancecommissioner the ordinary and necessary expenses paid to each board member inthe preceding calendar year.
